I see that you enjoy early 2010 elements, so, if may trouble you to ask, would you label something of that variety a “recent” historical? Or would you prefer keeping the vibes intact but trying to update it to contemporary?

Seriously. There has been more than one occasion I have been working with kids for MONTHS, and then I see their last names are the same, and I FINALLY REALIZE THEY’RE TWINS AND THAT’S PART OF WHY I CAN’T TELL THE APART and not SOLELY because I can’t tell them apart from anyone else yet.

Thank you so much! I really hope more people get to see themselves in books. I myself never even knew what I was dealing with was a disorder for most of my life. I can’t imagine what it would have been like to see a protagonist like me.
