the administration posts such outrageous, offensive, dehumazing content on the daily - this may seem rather minor. but it's still fucking medbeds. the believers in the power of all healing medbeds are even a bit fringe in the world of conspiractists.

it appears as if michael protzman (aka negative 48) has no wikipedia page. he probably should have one. there have been a decent amount of articles written about him & his group that could be cited in a piece. there are even experts in the whole negative 48 phenomenon like @karma2023.bsky.social.

one of the werid things was that i was much more misbehaved and wild during that time than she ever remotely was. she smoked some weed every now and then, but that was really the only "bad" behavior she was engaged in.

i became aware of this industry in high school because a girl i was friends with got sent away to utah for a few months to one of these places.
i can't remember if we were sophomores or juniors when it happened.

he would frame it as an incredible and foolproof solution to dealing with rebellious teens. would say the show paying for minors to attend these abusive places as a "gift" .

he's a religious scholar who mainly focuses on sufism islam & shia islam (history, important figures, different sects etc.) he does make the point several times that satanism means varying things to different people from the catholic church, islam, early feminism, levay, satanic temple etc.
