I'm still a bit of a lurker on here... Should probably up my game!
This all sounds fantastic. Can't believe it's all free!! You're too good to us. 😘
Embiggened! Love it. Need to get that into the next Oxford Dictionary update! 🤩
I've been delivering & attending #teacherdevelopment sessions for years, so I thought I'd create this #sketchnote summary of my top tips.

Which ones resonate with you? What are your #toptips?

Looking for a creative, fun, winter/festive/Christmas themed lesson? I have a FREE activity idea for you!

This was inspired by #NotAGingerbreadMan. Students create something that IS NOT a candle, snowman, bell, santa, etc.

You've really got me thinking here. I reckon as long as the teacher upskills & looks for new ideas they'll have successful classes. Having a specific qualification wouldn't hurt though, and could be beneficial for everyone.
Yay!! Excited to be representing #NationalGeographicLearningELT at #IATEFL next year. I'll be speaking about the importance of authentic voices and inspiring role models.

Who inspires you? How have role models played a part in your life or career?

This kind of worries me from a professional graphic recording perspective. BUT having visuals like these is infinitely helpful for reducing processing load and aiding understanding. And these would be perfect for learners to copy in sketchnote form to their notebooks!
You too! Thanks for sharing mine. I haven't posted much yet. I will. Loving your videos.
Yeah. I think teachers should commit to developing their skills, and if they're teaching online seek out webinars, read blogs, do a short course, etc. I don't necessarily think they need certification, as long as they've put the time in to meet learner needs online.
Yay!! Cya there! 🙌🤩
There's no open comment box for the last question, so I'll elaborate here: Personally, I think they need to be a qualified teacher, who is trained in online teaching. I don't think they necessarily need to have a bit of paper - though maybe that is a good idea.

Interested to hear other thoughts.
