there's not much to them beyond some old idea of them once being a man who did a Bad in a magic forest and got punished to be an immortal genderless granter of wishes for everyone but themself...which is like proto-cecelia lore now that i think about it

what's changed since creation:
-chemin is waaaay less of a wooden badass...and also is mostly nonverbal now
-iore ...........idk...coughs up blood less. more chill

what's stayed fairly consistent:
iore is cursed by some evil sentient spell and trapped in a younger body until he dies
chemin is a half-breed between elf and wind elemental
both are estranged and weird so they are kinda bonded as weirdo besties

i never had a solid vision for what to DO with this oc - for a while there was some elemental powers going on, some sacrificial lamb shit, etc...whatever was pinging me at the time, but nothing really stuck, so he and the others went into the back of the oc box

but both are star kids obvs...their hair twinkles in reflection of their moods, so delia's is often very glittery
