Yay it's #portfolioday !

I'm open for illustration commissions, I work mostly on book covers in the Dark Fantasy, YA, Romance, and Romantasy genres!

You can see more of my work at www.jwahlgren.com
It used to be my most active platform, nowadays barely anyone cares/sees when I post something and I only log in once a week. Reach absolutely tanked for everyone after Musk messed it up. I wouldn’t bother.

I had to do this several times and even had to cancel the transfer request and doing a new one once because for some reason it didn’t went through the first time. That way it took even longer. 🙃 Not that it’s a lot of money, but still annoying that artists constantly have to hunt down their money.
It usually takes them 5 weeks to pay me. 🙃
Yess!! ❤️❤️ The photos don’t do it justice.
A few more impressions. Spend the last 13 days hiking in the alps. It’s peace for my tired artist soul. ❤️
Yess I love it so much 🥰

Gym progress photo ✨

Because it's the only thing I make progress at currently. For 6 months now already I'm going through a massive art block and it's really tough to navigate. It's affecting my ability to work. Some days I will just stare at my computer or sketchbook for hours and do nothing. 1/4
Thank you for your kind words 😊
Thank you for your kind words. ❤️
Not yet, but I heard really good things about the game and it sounds like something I would enjoy!
I‘m not surprised. 🙃
Thank you so much! ☺️
Tried everything you can think of. It’s a mental block that won‘t go away if I force anything. Stopping away from art entirely for a few months is probably the only solution.
