On a horror movie binge and it really cannot be understated how truly awful the Nightmare on Elm Street remake was, as a movie and in comparison to the original. No real taking advantage of the dream world, the kills are lame, and yeah, *that* change to Freddy completely ruined the character

I am a writer by trade. Drawing is not my strong suit, yet I will still draw on occasion because it's fun. I won't ask an AI to do the drawing for me because there is no soul in it. I commission an artist to do so because it is fun and beneficial for the both of us. Art is organic. Selfless. Human.

AI is, by its very nature, devoid of originality because it's operating off of the words and ideas of others. Using AI does not make you creative, you're only parroting what others have put into the world. It's no different from copying someone else's homework. You've done and learned nothing.

Watched an Ed Wood movie the other night. It's 90 minutes of a fake psychic ogling a bunch of topless women as they dance awkwardly, surrounded by cheap props and cheaper dialogue.
