Here's a free book with plenty of examples, and an explanation of the theory behind it. Srdja Popovic was instrumental in Otpor!, the Serbian revolutionary group, and has since formed CANVAS, a group that trains revolutionaries all around the world.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Ruba. Ruba is 23 and has been studying to be a pharmacist. She has been living in tents with her family since this all began and her home was destroyed, this includes her niece Tulin, 8 her nephew, Mohammed, 4 and her father who is ill.

I’m addition to having written “many words,” Randall James has a store full of things, including many boxes of the toddler's notebooks; and he wrote the labels for the boxes.

Also he has a Famous Shape? (see attached)

Update: Writer James has a first name, which is Randall. While there IS a real author named Randall James, he mostly seems to write romance novels set on Cape May, so I suspect the name is coincidence.

i do think it's important to note that liberal boomer pilates grandmas have *already* been showing up in pretty huge numbers to protests for a long time (and do a lot of other non-glamorous organizing)-they're way down there on the list of demographics who need extra encouragement to get out there

protests against this government should include white Boomer grandmothers who meet for pilates class, get a pitcher of mimosas & walk together to the public space

we need people in the street who think everyone can talk their way out of a speeding ticket, they're key to winning

The toddler’s school picture day form says we can send them with a favorite toy, so we asked if they wanted to bring current favorite Goose, who is roughly as long as they are and very floppy, and they were ecstatic. This is gonna be the best school picture ever.
