If he's not using the Duke of York title, they should raffle it off for charity. Fiver a ticket, maximum one ticket per person. He's probably the Earl or Viscount of a bunch of other places too, given that's what the queen gave most of the kids for Christmas every year, could raise a fortune!

You give them all guns. Much easier to act like a bully when you can indiscriminatly kill anyone who disagrees with you. When the police shoot someone in the UK is often national news and there's always an independent inquiry to see if it could have been avoided. There it's just Tuesday
