In the end I know what I'm doing is the best thing I can be doing for me. I know I'll be happier when it's over, but it has been dealing a lot of rough terrain this last year. BUT 80lbs down, 20lbs to go to meet my year goal.

- Slight Eating Disorders. Being so focused on numbers, I stop thinking about the healthy parts and only care about the number being lower which leads me to not eating at all or barely anything.

Down 80lbs this year - there's a lot of things you're not prepared for when losing a lot of weight, in my experience.
- Body Dysmorphia. As I lose this weight, I don't see change like others are seeing, all I see are the imperfections caused from being overweight. It's hard to take compliments.

Down 70lbs this year - Goal is to lose 100lbs by end of year. Super doable, been actually debating recording progress in video format to help keep me accountable (and side bonus to help others on a similar journey).
