I know I give the dem leaders a lot of shit for being more useless than a hat in a hurricane but actually standing their ground on the shutdown is a GOOD thing. Obviously a shutdown is bad but at the very least they are trying to fight for their constituents and this behavior should be encouraged.

I feel like you might be a little bias Team Pete. The average voter is uniformed and trying to survive. Let's all work together to educate them on who the good candidates actually are and who will just keep things moderately the same.

He's not really far left enough me. I'd vote for him over the republicans any day but I want someone who will address our deeply rooted issues as a country and try to give us things like free health care, free college, house the homeless, fight climate change. I just don't think he's that guy
