Countless cannot change because of the people surrounding them-

When the people around me kept showing me I could never be good enough for them..
I was never going to be happy, feel deserving, or feel productive.

The ones who take of my heart and don’t pour back into it-they do not belong with me.

I find everything to be about practice, in the end..
We decide to improve on something..we adapt, or we don’t.

I struggled with creativity, holding myself back with perfectionism-
I now write more, and am able to steady myself enough to draw and color.

My thoughts held me back, so I changed them.

THAT is connection.

Most people do not connect..
Most people attach to those who remind them of the ways they were taught to function in, and support those ways-
These are not the same.

Just as attachment is not connection.

In all reality, being rigid in one’s thinking holds a person back-
While being elastic, malleable with what we learn and how information fits together, allows for us to grow.

Any emotional issue can be unlearned-

BPD was an unbalance after spending my childhood stabilizing others emotions..
I always took my anger out on myself.

My depression was learned as well-
I was taught I was never going to be good enough..
Your parents become your inner critic.

Well, I had learned that BPD was pretty similar to bipolar-
I get labels help us categorize and understand, but I also feel like people aren’t made for boxes..

At best, we are our own box-but really, look around at the world..life is about growth-humans forgot that.

Not sure what labels I would qualify for anymore, other than neurodivergent-

While I used to have MDD, PDD, GAD, ptsd from repeated traumas, even BPD and fibromyalgia..
I no longer suffer emotionally or physically anymore.

Narcissism is a different breed of brain-
Avoidance only helps grow pain.

Very much so, yes-

I see connections in spirituality, science, philosophy, psychology, and religion..
I see life as growth, and narcissism as death-

I find it hard to limit my perspective in formats like these..
People use differences as an excuse to dismiss entirety-but they overlap for a reason.

To me-
Most people are blind to the connections throughout this world..
Because their experience outweighs other experiences..

This is why I’m dedicated to learning, and look for connections and similarities-
I seek to understand differences, and try to be objective.

You can’t be both-

You can be self aware..
Be aware enough of your needs to see to them being met..

But you can’t be self serving AND serve the best for the world-
You cant act like the world revolves around you and serve the greater good..

Even people pleasing helps destruction in the end.

And the same people say that the billionaires are hard workers-
And say that poor people don’t deserve a livable wage.

They seem wildly unaware that the jobs that don’t pay cost of living..

The more you care about your own survival, the less rational and reasonable you become..
The more destructive and self serving you become..

You can’t support purpose and also destroy living beings for your own personal gain-
To be fair, the Old and New Testaments make this point..that personal gain is ungodly..
