And then. And then. Get pulled aside to discuss expansion of our automated tests (that aren't automated!!) And that I'll be getting those set up next week.

So many plates I'm spinning and none of them ready to be put down.

Go back to 3rd persons issue, fix that.

Finally get to my actual work by... 2pm

1. Learn to smile genuinely
2. Let them speak and feel heard
3. Don’t abruptly change topics, segue gracefully
4. Laugh at yourself when you get awkward or if you misspeak
5. Apologize if they have a weird reaction to anything
