I don’t think people realize that winemoms are the backbone of local political power. The social clubs who host the county and town debate and elections? Run by winemoms. The organizers for fundraisers and campaigns? Winemoms.
They are the key to local political power

I really try and ignore the original text when it comes to adaptions bc movies have to make changes but GDT makes it so that the creature is inherently another one of his misunderstood monsters when Shelly does not write him as such and even the creature sees himself as akin to Milton’s Lucifer…
