That’d be interesting if Caltrain pulled an HK MTR on some of its parking lots. Imagine a mall / offices / hotel / apartments combo, with at least 1 Swiss watch store.

I’m staying at a very worn out hotel next to the Port Authority and good grief how the rates of soared. I remember the surge of hotels… hotels popping in places like you would expect like on 39th. and then it stopped.

Oh I remember that. Champagne or something right? It was a revolving door of restaurants for a bit. Tai er looks interesting. I can already hear my mom criticizing me for eating spicy foods.
