Someone needs to create a gyrostabilized remote firing gimbal that can strap to the bellies of aircraft like this and mount a firearm.
This limits the requirements to getting ahead and above, and letting the gunner utilize the better ballistics via remote screen and joystick.

They don't because it's basically a couple buildings at USAF Mountain Home to handle Qatari F-15 trainees, not a full fledged foreign property.

I'm not going to push back hard on reports though, feel like letting the admin steam in their own juices for a while.

when I made On Hollowed Ground it was full of gigantic chambers; how to manage the FPS hit from excessive polygons?
Embed occlusion in the walls and arrange them for zero free sightline further than the next chamber over.

Heh, it's prime for experimentation... paint drones in different colors and camo patterns and take note which ones get intercepted.

Well, except there'd be no data for most of these, they aren't getting intercepted and could probably be bright orange and still make it.

He's saying refining capacity is at a tipping point, if Omsk shuts down for maintenance there isn't enough capacity to avoid a total collapse of the market.

Only thing to watch for is if it's a leading statement, to target Omsk because it's *not* critical but others are.

*shrug* hit 'em all.

Well, that's a fairly clear signal that Omsk refinery should cease to exist, likely sooner rather than later.

Normally it would be better strategically to wait until after a maintenance shutdown, but if there isn't going to be one...

He's declared an intent, to actually do it congress has to legislate to overturn an existing law. DOD wasn't named by fiat, like some other departments; it was codified by law.
