If anyone thinks they know which two cases the IOPC is referring to here, I'd be grateful for a nudge, and I'll treat any suggestions in full confidence.

I've attempted to identify them via potential PFD notices and other online searches but no success so far.

Are you a researcher who works with young people?

Our #McPin10for10 resources showcase our learning & reflections from working across a wide range of projects with young people for over a decade - find out more below 👇

#YMHD2025
Reflections 4 #mhnr2025 Keynote by EbE Raf Hamaiza on taking every opportunity to build bridges, the importance of continuing to demonstrate compassion & kindness, and a key theme about rehumanising nurses…
Reflections 3 #mhnr2025 having a research conference dedicated to MHNursing feels essential for the continued development and vibrancy of our profession, and for the quality & safety of the care we provide. Yet it remains so challenging for nurses to attend….
Yes you would be most welcome, it’s a smallish conference but certain not just for UK MHNursing researchers.
Reflections 2 #mhnr2025 we keep funding psychological interventions in lots of settings primary care/ED (but they exclude too many groups, largely not implementable), why are we not able to fund this in routine secondary mental health care/inpatient settings.
Wonderful presentation from Beth talking about #PsychologicalSafety and restrictive practices - incredible PhD #mhnr2025
Reflections from #mhnr2025 MHNursing research & innovation key to developing creative solutions from population to the ward. Too much focus on the ‘injectables’ rather than the art & science need. None of this would be possible without true input from those with lived experience.
At the 30th International Mental Health Nursing Research Conference #MHNR2025 - so important to keep raising the profile of #MHNursing research.

"Managing Your Mental Health During Your PhD: A Survival Guide" has been out for 3 years. I don't do "proud" very often, but I am proud of the people I've helped through writing it. Thank you to everyone who's supported me with it and convinced me that writing it was a good idea.

"Whistleblower warned police against axing mental health callouts" -

Strictly speaking, I cautioned them against axing mental health callouts they should still be going to, but near enough.

Also nice to see @wmpolice.bsky.social did not deny ignoring my concerns.
