i tried botox injections once to try and treat my chronic migraines (didnt work) and it literally triggered my claustrophobia so bad i would have panic attacks. i felt trapped in my own skin bc i was unable to make normal facial expressions.

idk how ppl get cosmetic botox regularly like what
