this principle is how eg the offence of using a "document" to defraud can apply to using an electronic, unprinted file or even computer code to defraud even though neither of those were in the minds of legislators - & barely existed - when the Crimes Act was passed in the 60s.

I make no comment about the BSA's jurisdiction vis a vis streaming video and audio except to note that the general principle they are relying on to say "the meaning of "broadcasting" can change over time" is completely orthodox & recognised in the Legislation Act.

This is the 'ambulatory aporoach'.

S 11 of the Legislation Act: Legislation applies to circumstances as they arise.

People trying to deal with their weird feelings about as fundamentally human a thing as sexuality* by making only dehumanised sexuality acceptable is... not going to lead to a positive chain of events imo.

*as in a phenomenon that is about human interaction, not that all humans must desire sex.

be useful if that was in the Stuff article as well! Also very odd - borderline misleading - to report numbers they say they know are unlikely in reality (both TPM's 6 and National's 43); surely just do party vote and assume each party at least 1 electorate.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a wonderful lovely game one that I love so much and I’m so glad that it came out when it did and was received so well ——— but let’s not forget the wonderful lovely JRPG games that came before it and deeply inspired the developers to craft this game.
