I am DrakkaDove, an aspiring artist, writer, game developer, and animator. I love creatures of all kinds, but especially dragons and am working towards being able to make the stories I desire, and I just hope that others desire these stories just as much!

cause, let's face it, those are usually more important than anatomy, which helps the beforementioned concepts, not the other way around. Some of their courses don't even cover anatomy cause it may not be relevant, and this is an art school! Observing and such will tend to go further

There's a reason why there's usually emphasis on "construction", learning to construct what you want and make it come across the way you want, over anatomy. There's these art courses I take and I think they have TWO anatomy classes, two. There's actually more figure and construction classes

the lack of boosting black positivity or just interacting with black art is upsetting. black art, people, and characters aren't viewed in the same desirability as white characters.

Addiction actually changes your body so that it believes that the substance is now actually necessary to function. Porn does not do that, it never did and its a wrong comparison to equate the two, which is only really done cause of the stigma involved

I want to remind people that when there is a call to action to "contact your reps", it needs to be more than once

Going forward, contacting your reps needs to become part of your routine, at the very least during the work week.

Sustained pressure over time is what matters!

This is what I always say. Addiction isn't just "I really have to do this to feel better" its "my brain LITERALLY believes this substance is now necessary to my function" people don't get giant headaches from quitting just cause they wanna smoke, it's actually their body freaking out

But porn itself isn't ADDICTING, is what people are trying to say. If someone is looking for their next dopamine hit, anything can fill that hole. Video games, exercising, anything. But you wouldn't call those things addicting, just the fact that the person is unhealthily doing something alot.

Wanting to focus more on your local area or your State is just as good as wanting to try and turn things around in Congress. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a bad actor with a malicious goal in mind.

Granted I should mention there's a lot of people who aren't running for re-election next year.

Many people view the 'antiship' movement as dumb Internet drama, but I think it's something we should really worry about.
This movement's ideology is rooted in queerphobia, racism and misogyny and I find it scary how popular this rhetoric is with young ppl.

UK Gouvernment: Payment Processors Can Ban NSFW Content
According to the UK treasury, payment processors are in the right and the gouvernment has no plans to step in. This puts it in direct contrast to what artists and the UK games industry have asked for.
