Finally got my first TPK on Sunday. Playing Shiver Blockbuster Starter Set, my players ticked the Doom clock all the way up, so I set off a volcanic eruption and immortalised them all in lava. Even got a round of applause for it. Horror games can be fun.

In tonight's Two Headed Serpent, l failed a sanity roll losing 6, sparking a crazy plan. In pursuit of said crazy plan, l fumble the next sanity roll and lose 20 san! Can't stop laughing.

I hate Kettering station, the staff are singularly unhelpful and make stupid announcements that make you run across the station and still miss your connection. Then they lock the toilets and all disappear. Leaving you stuck for an hour with no information.

What's with gaming companies delaying dispatching orders with no explanation? I placed 2 orders on 10th July for Continuum Convention this weekend. One was dispatched the day after it was due to arrive, but I've still not even had a dispatch notice for the other, looks like I'm going without it

Hi, there! I've been quite lucky so far with OSR and other genres. I've had one horrific experience with someone I'd been playing with for years, but it's largely been ok for me. If you're going to any cons, hit me up and I'll point out safe spaces that I'm aware of.

I think the sweet spot is 4 to 6 players and a GM to allow for real life. It's hard to run a game with less than 3 players and more than 6 becomes unwieldy. But I usually only run games at conventions and that generally means 6 players.

Huge thanks to the 2 wonderful staff at Kettering train station who helped me find my case after l left it on the train, after a difficult day of disruptions and cancellations they were still polite and helpful and it was much appreciated.
