Unfortunately, most of my friends and colleagues did not migrate and the majority of those who attempted to do so gave up when they received little engagement, which is a bummer.\ As the number of my followers continues to grow (thank you!), I've decided that l'm not so self-important that I can't follow people back. We're all trying to find connection and build community here. Originally, I wanted to vet everyone I followed, but I simply don't have time for that. So, starting today, using an app, l've decided to follow everyone who is following me and unfollow those who aren't. We're living in dangerous times. We don't have the luxury of being divided and disconnected. More than ever, we need to be united, as much as we can be. Keep showing up. Keep speaking out. Keep organizing. Keep protesting. Keep resisting. Keep defying. Because it we cease to do so, the alternative is unthinkable.

Jesus worked in Salinas CAs fields for 14 years. He's skillfully removing lettuce plants so the plants do not grow too close together and they grow large. It takes a lot of experience to know which plants to leave. Walking the fields all day long makes him very tired. #WeFeedYou

I remember tripping out when I first learned about this growing subculture in Japan (which has since spread to other countries) where people were adopting Chicano culture, specifically cholo/lowrider culture.
