Sure if you remember that separation of church and state thing. No religion can govern America, but for those that want to tear this down, they will open the door. They should learn from Pandora.

Kudos to you Laura and all your helpers. It was a very well run community planting activity. Everything that was required to give these 1000 new residents of Orleans a good start was readily at hand for the eager tree planters.
Some people only obey the laws they could get caught for and hate getting caught.
My opinion is that speed bumps must be in accordance with the posted speed limit. Placing bumps that force drivers to go slower is dishonest. If you want lower speeds post lower limits. Just be honest politicians.
