You ARE ABSOLUTEY right that SCOTUS is totally corrupt and must be restructured.

Your plan would require Const Amend since all federal judges get lifetime tenure.

Consider: Appoint 6 new Justices for life. Provide that when any of the “bad 6” die, retire or resign that seat won’t be refilled.
