Speaking of which, Thursday is the day they will be brought in for surgery. They will keep them no matter how the URI is doing. They've been treated for about five weeks continually. It may be that they have a chronic URI.

So, keep your fingers crossed for them!

On to diarrhea. It's generally better. There are days they have normal stools and days they do not. It's not as thin as to stand much in the way of surgery and adoption.

Sadly, in addition to mom, two to three kittens are going to lose an eye. Foster care said this is something they have seen more of recently. The felines with one eye tend to be adopted reasonably quickly.

As usual breakfast for the quartet. Some news: the kittens' eyes are slowly improving. Three kittens with one eye each need further improvement. There is less goop in their eyes, but it is showing up in one.
