I would imagine most members of Congress have the same plan, because it's one of the best we can get (they get their insurance through FEHB too). The difference is the highest pay at my grade is $93620 (in NYC after a couple decades in grade) and their lowest paid member received $174k. 2/
I have willingly and (mostly) without complaint paid a pretty penny for my family's health insurance premiums so that when shit happens, we don't end up with massive, shocking bills. In 2025, I paid $377 every two weeks. In 2026, the same plan will be $525. 1/

The only thing that could vaguely indicate age on an EKG is heart rate. Higher heart rates in younger people (infants are around 180 BPM). You know what else is consistent with a higher HR? Congestive heart failure. 🤭
He got the COVID and flu Vaccines like every 79 year old should this is a good thing. "Cardiovascular age validated by by ECG and found to be 14 years younger than chronological age" is a nonsensical phrase. I am an internist this is not something we do or write in medical reports.
Wow they got a Captain to say this? That's an O-6. I can only assume that an EKG showing his age is 14 years younger means he has an elevated HR, because that's the only thing I can think of that would show related to age. Elevated HR is consistent with CHF. 😂
Honestly I'm thrilled for all of the regular people who get these beautiful lawsuit opportunities. If they aren't going to use my tax dollars to feed hungry people or provide healthcare, I'm pleased they have to use them to pay off those who are actively fighting fascism.
I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
