I was making some political donations but now food banks need help.Problem with food banks though, ppl who don't need help taking food.What the hell is wrong with our society.We need to find our better selves.There are proud ppl who won't ask for help, some physically can't go get it.They need help.
If the farmers/ meat industry that are crying over a situation they voted for and knew what was going to happen, screw them. They are keeping prices high and pitching for handouts from our tax dollars. Grow food for people. Stuff the food banks to over flowing. They won't. No integrity, no honor.
I am not a religious.I have seen Muslims in this country do more of the right things than Evangelical Christians. People forget the Muslim pediatrician Dr. Mona Hana-Attisha who found the lead in Flint, Michigan's water supply. She helped save countless children. Other Muslims helped replace pipes.

I worked 60 years ago making dried beef for the US military. We used Argentinian frozen beef primarily.In 2024 cheaper 98.9 million lbs. was imported from Argentina by the meat industries.One practice is to mix the lean import with the fatty US beef for ground meat.It is sold as product of the USA.
