When I'm shooting someone walking by, I often use high-speed burst so I can make sure to get just the right stride.

Well, I guess that’s the beauty of framing — anything could be outside of those lines. Thanks for the message.
How long were you waiting there for this moment?
Doesn’t get more fun out on the streets than making something like this… fantastic moment you found.
I love this. Makes me wish I were there - seems very quiet and peaceful for some reason…
I try and look everywhere for shots, but sometimes I forget about down low. I love this shot.
I sometimes keep my film simulation set to Acros B/W just to judge luminance values while I shoot, so I didn't know how lovely these colors were until I got home.

Find a scene with some light, some shadow, a bit of color, and wait until someone walks through the frame.

I just looked at some of your work - really great! The lighting is fantastic. So far, my favorite is “Safety Zone.” — love the composition.
Fantastic scene. Wish I were there.
Your photography makes me feel like I was there. Fantastic.
I can relate to this. Especially during the cold winters here in Chicago.
Love the cyan with the warm red tones. Creates a nice feeling.
Always look up when you see nothing to shoot.

This is a great example of the pointlessness of worrying if there will be anything interesting to shoot out on the streets.  As long as we commit to the process, someone will probably show up with a bunch of colorful balloons to shoot.  Almost every time.
