To be clear, I have zero problem with the players. They spend decades of their lives pursuing a relatively tight window. My issue has been and is with the big money... and it's only getting worse.

Yup. I'd also offer that those running ops and ad businesses are not 100% on the level. Yeah, regulations, etc., but... it doesn't sit right with me.
