Yeah, my ex appeared in my dreams a few times like as if nothing bad had happened between us. It definitely sucks when it happens, but I don't let it get to me as he was not worth any more chances

I've learnt the hard way to never easily trust people that you think could be good on the inside, as I've been surrounded by bad people a lot before. As they never actually cared about me or have hurt me

The way I stay nice to myself is by thinking, how can I truly be nice to others if I'm not nice to myself? Am I using a mask to be nice to others when I'm not nice to myself? Am I genuinely a nice person? I use those thoughts and it helps me

It's normal to start out with a bad partner. My ex-boyfriend was the absolute WORST and did many horrible things to me that should have gotten police attention, but he always found a way to twist things so he never looked bad to anyone and made me look like a liar

I go through the same thing with my boyfriends too, and it has helped me to not fixate over trying to lose weight as I've accepted my chubby body thanks to them. Plus, chubby women ARE more appealing than slim women as we're soft, genuine and WAY more comfortable to cuddle
