do shift+S cursor to selected then go to the other UVs and do shift+S selected to cursor offset then itll move the UV to the other's location and I make them overlap with Scale X or Y with -1 so I can save space and texturing headaches by just texturing two similar things at once

I dunno if I have any crazy tips but I use texel density checker to quickly resize all my UVs to equal sizes for texturing
And I save space and time on my UVs by superimposing all the UVs of similar shapes and colors together
like for example if two cubes have the same color id go on one UVs and---
