The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the block on Trump’s National Guard deployment in Illinois, ruling the district court’s findings were sound and the facts “do not justify the President’s actions.” The order remains frozen pending further review.

Capitol Police are investigating a swastika-altered flag seen Tuesday behind staffer Angelo Elia during a virtual meeting in Rep. Dave Taylor’s (R-Ohio) office. Taylor condemned the “vile” image, calling it “vandalism”. The discovery follows reports of racist chats among Young Republicans.
