I don't have Instagram so Reels just started showing up in the Facebook feed one day. I didn't see any way to search for better Reels but I didn't try too hard because I usually ignore video anyway. But now I'll figure it out, thanks.
It seems to be unrelated to the other things Facebook shows me based on interactions with Facebook pages. That's tourist stuff, local history stuff, science stuff etc. The Reels are uniquely bad
