I do agree with your sentiment that he should not be, though. Justice Roberts made one of the conceivably worst judgments of the modern era when he gave POTUS criminal immunity in office. It's appalling and utterly degraded the system of checks and balances.

SCOTUS has put him above the law in every regard as long as he's acting in "executive" capacity. Even the bullshit he pulls out of LaLaLand in EOs has to be retroactively challenged.

Only Congress and SCOTUS can effectively do anything to him now, and both appear to be filled with invertebrates.
