WIN: The 3rd Circuit denies the RNC’s request for the full court to rehear a decision that ruled Pennsylvania’s requirement to toss undated or wrongly dated mail-in ballots unconstitutional. Trump loyalist and 3rd Circuit judge Emil Bove disagreed with the decision.
