Interview seemed to go well, waiting for feedback. Meanwhile, a first round tomorrow with a new company. Really hope I land something soon.
Third round interview... let's go 🤞
It went well, I got lovely feedback and I'm through to the next round! 🥳 Two more to go...

Felt really comfortable and myself and I think that came across. This would be my first job as Hannah and it's not a small one hence why it's a bit daunting.

Got an in-person second-round interview tomorrow. Feeling mostly ok about it but still a bit daunting. This could be a really good job for me so making sure I'm extra prepared.

Let’s take a look at the whole “there are too many black people on TV” thing, shall we?

After Pochin claimed Black people in TV adverts “made her mad”, all her supporters tried to use 👇🏼 as their excuse for why she was somehow justified in her overt racism.

Spoiler - she isn’t! 🤨

Azure Front Door is a really bad service to have a problem with - especially when the portal itself is down. Feeling sorry for a lot of IT ops folks today.
Looks like they're hosted on Azure and Azure itself is having a bad day. Can't open the portal but the service status is all green. Downdetector has picked it up though.
Looks like Natwest are having a bad day - www.natwest.com seems unavailable.

Thank you for sharing 💜

Sending much love and support. This too shall pass 🫂
Lies! I spent an entire day there and it wasn't enough 🤩
What's your view on the erosion of trans rights, removal of trans healthcare and marginalisation/demonisation of trans people that's either being carried out by or tacitly supported by this government?

Necessary evil in my line of work though occasionally useful, especially when job hunting as I am at the moment!
Mmmm, feels so good when people I used to work with are looking at my LinkedIn profile at 10pm on a Saturday night 🙃

I see you creeping...

I should add - the fact it's this unclear and nuanced to folks like us who are very close to it means the average workplace stands no chance. Which is where pre-emptive compliance, misinformation and well-intentioned discrimination will occur.
My understanding is that if the toilet is not publicly available (i.e. the org is not a service provider in this context) then the EA doesn't apply...

If it is a public toilet but used by staff too then yes, nightmare!
Unless my understanding is incorrect, something that I feel is missed here is that the Equality Act applies to Service Providers whereas toilets in the workplace are covered by The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992
