No Doubt’s Tragic Kingdom celebrated a 25th anniversary this weekend. Very fond memories of working in the music dept of Nobody Beats the Wiz at Broadway Mall in Hicksville, LI and literally playing “Sunday Morning” as the first song on Sunday mornings. Instant caffeine. Love that album.

The issue in this case is whether "Not Like Us" can reasonably be understood to convey as a factual matter that Drake is a pedophile or that he has engaged in sexual relations with minors. In light of the overall context in which the statements in the Recording were made, the Court holds that it cannot.

You know what else is dope about Listers? The filmmaker, Owen Reiser, turned off ads on and dropped his Venmo in the pinned comment on the YT page for donations for his next work. He gonna make some noise in the future. This @slate.com piece is the reason I gave it a shot in the first place.
