💜 This Labor Day, we honor all workers—including sex workers, whose labor is too often excluded from the conversation. Sex work is work, and sex workers deserve dignity, safety, and recognition like every other worker. ☂️

In 1975, 100+ sex workers occupied a church in Lyon, France to protest police violence, criminalization, and unsafe conditions. Their bold action sparked a global movement—and we carry that legacy forward today.
Homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia aren’t just personal biases—they’re built into our laws, enforced through policing, and reinforced by barriers to healthcare, housing, and safety. For LGBTQ+ sex workers, these harms are compounded and often ignored.
On the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, Decrim305 uplifts and affirms LGBTQ+ people—especially queer and trans sex workers—who face systemic violence, criminalization, and stigma every day.

At Decrim 305, this work is deeply personal. Our co-founder is a mixed Asian sex worker, and our commitment to ending violence is rooted in lived experience. We know that true safety requires dismantling the systems that punish our survival.
We continue to grieve the 2021 Atlanta spa shootings, where eight people—six of them Asian women—were murdered. That tragedy exposed the deadly intersection of racism, misogyny, and the criminalization of sex work.
These workers are regularly harassed, arrested, and deported, while the exploitative systems around them remain untouched.
Across the U.S., thousands of Asian immigrant women work in massage spaces—often out of necessity or choice—yet they are disproportionately targeted by law enforcement under the guise of anti-trafficking.
Decrim 305 honors the resilience, leadership, and lived experiences of Asian American and Pacific Islander sex workers, esp those working in massage who continue to face systemic violence.
This month and every month, we stand in unwavering solidarity with AAPI SWs.

Lesbian sx workers are unstoppable.
Today on Lesbian Day of Visibility, we honor the lesbian sx workers who continue to resist in the face of stigma, criminalization, and erasure.
To every lesbian out there hustling, building community, and showing up with pride—you are seen, you are valued!

Through our partnership with @aidshealthcare and @new_moon_network , we’re making free, consistent HIV testing and continued care more accessible for sex workers in South Florida. ❤️
On National Transgender HIV Testing Day, we honor the strength of Trans sex workers who continue to navigate stigma and criminalization to care for their health.

Decrim 305 recognizes National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day as a time to uplift Native communities, honor those affected, and advocate for health equity. Indigenous people, including Two-Spirit and trans individuals, face systemic barriers to HIV prevention and care. ❤️
Decriminalizing sex work is a crucial step toward reducing these disparities, as it can lead to better access to healthcare and preventive services. Let’s commit to policies that promote health equity and protect the rights of all women.
On #NWGHAAD, we acknowledge that women and girls—especially sex workers—face heightened HIV risks due to systemic inequities. In 2022, women accounted for 18% of new HIV diagnoses in the United States, with Black/African American women representing 50% of these cases.
This National Condom Day, we’re reminding everyone that access to protection is a right, not a privilege. Criminalization and stigma should never stand in the way of safer sex. ❤️
🔗 Condoms save lives! Join us in the fight for decriminalization and secks worker rights!
❗️Criminalization fuels this crisis. When sex work is illegal, workers face stigma, discrimination in healthcare, and increased risk of violence—making HIV prevention and treatment even harder to access.
Decriminalization is an HIV justice issue. It’s time to shift from policing to protecting. (3/3)
