1982 Varkon #Pinball. From IMDB: This is a pinball machine disguised as a video game. Flippers are operated by joysticks on the cp. Varkon is a two-level game, although each playfield has its own ball. The lower playfield is visible through a window in the upper playfield. An extremely rare game.

1973 #Atari Gotcha video game. The cabinet was designed by George Faraco, initially with the joysticks encased in pink domes meant to represent breasts, it was changed to use regular joysticks soon after release.
