Do I have this right, Netherlands declared state of emergency last year for too many asylum seekers, and just used emergency power to take over a semiconductor manufacturer wholly owned by a Chinese company on US BIS entity list? Did they ever declare emergency or just using the power? Unclear to me

It could have been avoided or stopped altogether, very easily, by acknowledging the self-determination of Donetsk and Luhansk but instead NATO wanted to train and arm western Ukraine to the teeth to provoke and eventually weaken Russia using Ukrainian bodies.
