I know. I still think we should. It's the only way to save democracy. I don't think there's another way to deprogram that many brainwashed people. I don't want civil war. Some magas are my relatives. let them stand in a soup line with us and talk to our faces.

I myself almost cried when our first priority after defeating trump wasn't securing our voting rights,
but it made me no less a Democrat. I've watched the Democratic party carry this nation for decades while the GOP concentrated on dismantling our government, our rights, and our laws.

I got an estimate for maint. on my jeep last year, but I didn't get it done - I mainly drive my car & the jeep passed inspection. I took my jeep for the repairs this year, the estimate of $1100 became $1600 due to tire prices.

The best choice is obvious. Have we already started it with the shutdown?.
I believe we will all scrape rock bottom before GOP voters can psychologically accept the reality and magnitude of their error.

Pre World-War-Woke, anti-woke force numbers were wildly inflated. They even won elections. But they united behind an undefined term. Don't like something? It's woke. (Woke is what the listener hates).
Their numbers are dwindling. They may be starting to find out they don't all hate the same thing.

I think it's time for a general strike.
Get our 401Ks & IRAs into an FDIC account & out of the market, then working, buying, and playing.
Trump has magas convinced they can live without us.
Let's give them a taste of it. It's our alternative to civil war. I know we'll suffer, too, but it's the USA.

In my older days, people would see a ridiculous satire piece and immediately laugh about it. Now maga believes the satire & demands arrests, and we have to stop and check facts before know whether to laugh or not.

We can't rebuild what was lost.
First of all, they're still breaking it.
Maybe it can be reborn.
My gut feel is not until we hit depression-era hardship levels, the maga disinformation program.
We'll have to stand in a soup line with them before they remember that we aren't their enemies.

I feel the same way but I don't think the same way.
I almost cried when our first priority wasn't to secure our voting rights after Biden won and we had some power. It's by far the most important thing.
Se got infrastructure, but our elections are still in peril.

It should be illegal for a president to address the nation and call half of us 'enemies'.

If you go by my reaction, he's a terrorist. It's actually quite terrifying to learn the commander in chief of probably the world's best military thinks you are his enemy.
