Trump valued 40 Wall Street @ $530Million in 2012 - more than 2 x the value of outside appraisals @ $220 Million. He then valued it @ $736 Million in 2016, far- exceeding the already-high Cushman & Wakefield appraisal of $510 Million.

He claimed that his 3-story penthouse was 30,000 sq. ft. which is 3 x the actual size of 10,996 sq. ft. His gross over-valuation of $327Million in 2015 was deemed “intentional and deliberate fraud.”

Trump's been fraudulently overvaluing properties/assets for decades, while undervaluing them to avoid taxes.

For example,
Trump National Golf Club, N.Y. He valued @ $1.35 Million for tax purposes in 2016, while over-valuing it over $50 Million on financial disclosure forms.

Current Rate: 6.55% 15-year ReFi: 6.01%

FED Chair Jerome Powell stated outright, that Rates would’ve been lowered had it not been for the impact of Trump’s [asinine] tariffs.

The properties were purchased before her appointment to The FED Reserve. In context to a career change, life changes, etc. definitions for residency can be ambiguous, making proof of intent for primary residence fraud difficult to pursue. Discovery will reveal that Pulte, head of Fed Housing Finance Agency, personally ordered this against Cook & others on behalf of DJT. This constitutes Abuse of Office - a far greater offense than anything Cook, Schiff, or James might have done.
