Culturally it's acceptable for kids to drink underage here in PR. The bars don't card so the choice is hold a responsible party and take keys or hope they make the right choice to have a DD when they go out. I'm not advocating for nonstop partying, but once in a while as a Senior is nbd.

The notion that allegedly killing drug mules does nothing to deter cartels from finding poor people to do their dirty work.
