The US is one of the world’s largest producers of cooking oils, with Soybean oil @ 50–60% of total US cooking oil used.

The rest, mostly Corn oil, (a byproduct of corn processing) & Canola oil are also US produced with some added from Can & Mex

The indictment alleges that she ‘feloniously defrauded’ the bank, meaning she obtained money by intentional deception (~$50/m)

To be defrauded, you have to lose something!

Even if this case were sound, I doubt there is a precedent to cite

The indictment is for fraud so loss is central to the case

The case is that she wilfully intended to defraud the bank out of $47.00/m by getting a lower ‘2nd home’ mortgage rate applied to the loan rather than the ‘investment’ rate

It IS a 2nd home, her grand niece lives there & does not pay rent

Also the documents weren’t fraudulent, it was a normal 30yr loan document on a 2nd property

A loan, which btw, the bank in question sold on to another bank a few years later, suffering no loss, no risk, no damages…

There is no case & the indictment is speculating a loss that never existed

These supposedly traditionalist Judges actually support a ‘Unitary Executive’, even beyond that, to include POTUS control of DOJ, FBI, EPA, Federal Reserve & more

They see POTUS power as absolute & having immunity under law
