Sword and Shield is also undercooked. There’s a very clear ‘passing the torch’ theme to the story and Chairman Rose’s main character flaw is not trusting future generations and wanting to save Galar himself right now. It just never feels fully developped.

Ahah, sorry for making you feel like you need to save your ass, wasn’t my intention. The XY story feels very half-assed. A lot of what Team Flare does doesn’t seem to match Lysandre at all, Sycamore supposedly sends us to find our about Mega Evolution and that goes nowhere, then 4 Lysandre fights!

For example, over the last 30 days, a user on our $250 Max plan has issued 335 requests per hour, every hour, for 30 days, and is approaching $15,000 per month in cost to Augment Code. This sort of use isn’t inherently bad, but as a business, we have to price our service in accordance with our costs.

I did not like playing Moon, but I really liked the story essentially being “Lusamine is a shitty mom and makes it everybody’s problems”. And Scarlet and Violet handled their story with graceful maturity while still being accessible to kids.

Yeah, I don’t mind playing a story for kids. Doesn’t make the story free of criticism, but not being adult enough isn’t one of them.

I do mind the games never acknowledging that it’s possible the player isn’t a complete noob every damn time… sheesh.

In the 80’s the merch was aimed at KIDS. Stationary, party favor, plastic tents, paper plates, bikes, trainsets, slot cars, playing cards, coloring books, book on tape, picture books, Panini sticker collections, walkie talkies, etc, etc!
