I'm not totally adverse to the ones that wear a suit that they've put thought into and is snappy and has character but most of the suits these so called leaders wear look like they are from the same assembly line.

The thing that gets me about the uniform that people in charge don as why wear a uniform at all? You're in charge and can wear whatever you want from a vast array of #fashion? Why the suit and tie? It just lacks imagination. Who decided the suit was "smart" and a good fashion choice? I want to know.
