A few months ago I had my first fiction acceptance in Divinations Magazine. I’m so happy to be a part of this.

Sleep is a deeply personal thing, and we all have our stories that come from it. This one is mine.

‘Liar-Liar, Lyla Knight’

There is nothing quite like your son ringing you to tell you about his awesome ideas, positive things and just generally sounding so happy.

A day in the life of a therapist... it's amazing what some people have experienced in life (challenges). Remember to be grateful even if it's simple little things because I can assure you some people have been to hell & back
That’s excellent. Your wife sounds very talented 😊
Thermals on, base layer present, leaves down and this road is going to get a whole lot darker very soon.

Can’t wait.

My bike down a rural lane on tonight’s ride. Photo in monochrome.
I don’t like coffee either 😊
Writing a play fight scene is so cute and cringe, even when well into your thirties.

Thank you so much. Really liked your Bangkok picture. It’s amazing.
Thank you. That’s brilliant that you both write, same genre?

Caught in the rain

A Bangkok night street scene in heavy rain. Warm light from shops and cars reflects in the flooded road as the rain pours down. A white car drives through the water, its headlights glowing through the rain.
He or she was extremely tame. Possibly because this was right beside Stonehenge so likely has a lot of visitors with treats for him / her 🐦‍⬛
I bet that was exciting in a group! We rode from Wellow, that stretch is beautiful down to the tunnels and then down into Bath.
We have ridden in some amazing places this week, but there is nothing like the hills of home.

My bike, on a rural lane in the hills.
He will be deeply disappointed either way 😂
The WIP has just taken a tone that means it can now never be proofread by my dad.

That’s the one (Combe Down), it’s incredible isn’t it? We then rode through Bath which was quite the experience too, completely different to our Pembrokeshire lanes!
Definitely one for the memory bank
Home after a great few days away. Loved riding down this beast of a tunnel, over a mile of darkness.

Unforgettable.
