If you're in the US renewables industry (ie wind and solar), now would be a great time to reach out to soybean and corn grower associations to network to sign lease agreements with farmers feeling the pinch of poor policy and governance.

@archive.org Is there anything rando fans of the archive can do, either with fiat or time donations, to improve ingest durability and speed of Wayback? Seeing a lot more 429s on Wayback save requests when one would not expect to, leads me to believe this part of the stack is under constant pressure.

Spain can continue to deploy wind, solar, and batteries, if needed to avoid those nuclear imports. All of which will be cheaper long term than nuclear O&M and new nuclear construction. Which is also why Spain intends to replace its existing nuclear with renewables and batteries.

Say this about Mamdani. He is not yet mayor and already he’s making headway on reducing crime in NYC.
