Day 59 of #100DaysofHorror: Hemet, or The Landlady Don't Drink Tea (2024). This batshit horror comedy was recommended by a follower. During a zombie-ish outbreak, a landlady weilds outsize power over her apartment complex. It's nearly impossible to describe this; just watch it. 6.5/10

Now watching: HEMET or THE LANDLADY DON’T DRINK TEA (2024). I lived in Hemet for a bit during the pando. A few weeks ago saw a few skaters there beating up a skinhead on the sidewalk. Film description seems about right.

FD Bloodlines and Weapons were 🔥

Opus was too slow, but I enjoyed the finale

The Monkey was too 🤔 for my taste. I realize it was part of the comedy, but overkill bodies popping like a water balloon was just too pretentious.
