I've been thinking about my immortal two-headed snake OC a lot lately. I think I have general ideas for her personality and her backstory.

What is her backstory? Well, for now I'll just post this.

Yeah, I think it's safe to say I've gotten attached to my new OC. I really need to come up with a name for her.

It's always names that give me trouble. I have several OCs that still don't have names. I don't want this one to end up like that too.

I'll share my idea for her backstory now. Why not?

I'm gonna share my idea for this characters backstory but first, I have to say one little thing about the world of my wizard project.

That world was nearly destroyed thousands of years ago. Incredibly powerful monsters came close to tearing it apart on a level beyond the physical. A group of wizards were able to stop the monsters and slowly repair the world. However, during the time the world was torn, the barrier between the world and other realms was broken and many inhabitants of the world ended up in those realms where they were changed physically and mentally (several of them became immortal beings).

My snake OC was once a regular inhabitant of this world. She was nearly torn apart on a level beyond the physical too. However, before she could be completely torn apart, she was sucked into another realm where she changed into who she is now. After all of that, she was just happy to be alive. Now, she shares her love of life with any mortal that catches her attention…in her own strange, otherworldly way.

While you might not be in serious danger around her, you still might want to avoid getting her attention. She is very powerful and her idea of fun might not match that of a mortal.

Anyway, that's my idea at the time. It might change at some point as I figure stuff out.

Perhaps there are magical beings that perfectly match her assumptions but those aren't the ones that notice her. She gets noticed by the ones that challenge her in different ways intentionally or not.

Breeze doesn't celebrate her birthday. Now, she has to deal with a birthday-loving immortal.

I like the idea that Breeze keeps getting the attention of magical beings that aren't what she expects them to be at all. She thought meeting one would be an opportunity to learn new magic stuff or prove herself as a wizard.

The idea started simply with "silly snake" and grew from there. I eventually decided to make her a magical character who isn't malicious but could still cause problems for Breeze. Perhaps I will draw more of her birthday antics in the future.

12. While her specialty is weather magic, Breeze isn't really fond of rain. She doesn't like it when her fur gets wet.
