Give yourself the permission to walk away from a therapist if it doesn't feel right. I know its a hassle to find a new one but the level of comfort and trust in that relationship is essential for it to work.

idk I feel like the dichotomy between the rhetoric being pushed by the republicans and the reality of protests being like 5 inflatable frog costumes is much more effective than a massive nationwide protest (unless the protest will bring down the regime, which it wont)
